Package 2 In place of Micro Sec. Mobile Vehicle Scanning System an Under Vehicle Monitoring System will be used. This detects dangerous objects as, for instance, weapons and explosives, drugs and contraband as well as safety or quality defects of the under belly of the vehicle. With this scanning the contents of a vehicle including the passengers and small articles those are secretly concealed in can’t be detected. This will be loophole in this counter terrorism security.
